About me
Hello, I'm Carol Allen. I'm a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
How I work
I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I work with individuals, couples, children and young people, supporting you to navigate life's challenges, gain insight and build coping strategies.
Whether we work together on an open-ended basis or for a set period, my aim is to help you feel heard, understood and supported so you can make positive changes and live your life more fully.
Experience
I have over fifteen years' experience working with teenagers and adults in a counselling agency setting, as well as experience in private practice. I am also trained to work with young children, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients of all ages.
